Flowering dogwood and eastern redbud
Cornus florida and Cercis canadensiswildThe Natchez Trace Parkway end to end, with Rock Spring at milepost 330.2 and Cypress Swamp at milepost 122.0 named as the spring wildflower stops.
The Park Service is unusually specific that this bloom moves along the road: the Natchez end runs two weeks to a month ahead of the Tennessee end, so a single date for the parkway is meaningless.
“It is warmer on the Natchez end of the Parkway and the blooms there are about two weeks to a month before the Nashville end.”
